At the Tasting Bar, we have a lot of fun creating specialty drinks. With a little imagination we have created some of our most popular drinks that are definitely worth trying.

Boulder Creek Martini

  • In an ice filled shaker
  • 3 oz. 303vodka
  • 2 tsp. Olive Juice
  • Strain into a Vermouth rinsed glass
  • Garnish w/ kayaks & inner tubes
  • Skewer 2 rings of black olive
    atop halved pimento olives

Pickletini

  • In an ice filled shaker
  • 2 – 2 1/2 oz 303 Vodka
  • 2 tbs pickle juice
  • Shake well
  • Pour into a chilled martini glass
  • Garnish w/ 1 inch sliced whole dill pickle

Tomato Potato a.k.a. Vodka Bloody Mary

  • In a Shaker add
  • 1 1/2 of 303 Vodka
  • 2 shakes of Tabasco or to taste 
  • 1 Tbls. of Worcestershire Sauce
  • A pinch of Celery Salt 
  • A pinch of Cayenne Pepper 
  • 1/2 tsp. Black Pepper or to taste
  • 4 oz Tomato Juice
  • Shake and pour over Ice and garnish with Pepperoncini, slice of Pickle, Olive and Lime

Tail Grab

  • Chill over ice
  • 2 oz 303Vodka
  • Served with slices of
    dark rye bread and
    chilled dill pickles

Vizzer

  • Over ice pour
  • 1 1/2 oz 303Vodka
  • Top off with Tonic
  • Garnish w/ slice
    of orange

Colfax

  • In an ice filled shaker
  • 2 oz 303Vodka
  • 1 oz Triple Sec
  • 1 oz Cranberry
  • 1/2 Lime squeezed
  • Strain into glass
  • Garnish w/ slice of lemon

Devil’s Thumb

  • 1 1/2 oz 303Vodka
  • 2 oz Irish Cream
  • Pour over ice

The Second Wind

  • Over ice pour
  • 1 1/2 oz 303Vodka
  • Top off with Red Bull
  • Garnish w/ twist

Vootbeer

  • In a ice filled tumbler
  • 1 1/2 oz 303 Vodka
  • Top off with Root Beer
  • Dollop of whip cream

Polish Mimosa

  • 2 oz 303Vodka
  • 1 oz Orange Juice
  • Pour over crushed ice
  • Top with Soda Water
  • Garnish with a slice of Blood Orange

The Chase Me (Hot Tottie)

  • 1 Shot 303 Whiskey
  • 1 tbsp Honey
  • 3-4 Drops Lemon Juice
  • Stir until honey is dissolved
  • Add 1/2 cup boiling HOT water
  • Stir in 3-4 Drops Lemon Juice
  • Drizzle Carmel Syrup on top
  • Garnish with Cinnamon Stick
